Today, we began the color green. We started by looking at a basket full of green toys from around our classroom. Then we went to our seats to make green goop with Morah Bella.
Two new neighborhood helpers were introduced today, the fire fighter and the police officer. We learned that they keep us safe. We read two books about police officers. We also learned that the police have a special phone number for people to use. We got to practice dialing 911 on our class phone.
We had a lot of fun playing dress up and pretend at playtime.
