A big thank you to Benny and his family! they brought in a new toy for the yeladim to play with, sensory balls. We have already had some great times feeling and throwing these colorful balls.

Today, we did an experiment! Morah Perel put on the table a bottle of yellow paint and a bottle of red paint.
Morah Perel poured some of each into two separate bowls. The yeladim looked at it and told Morah Perel what color they saw.
Then every child added a spoonful of yellow paint to a new bowl.
Then every child added a spoonful of red paint to the bowl.
Morah Perel mixed and mixed our two paints together and it became the color Orange! We then took turns dipping shaped sponges into the orange paint and make our own art.
We really miss our friends Gabriel, Rochelle, and Yakira. We hope they will feel better soon!
There is so much to write about!!
Last Monday, we began the color Orange. On Tuesday, we made Orange goop with Morah Bella and Morah Bassie. We mixed red and yellow food coloring to make the color orange.
Here are also some pictures from playtime and from music class.
Then on Friday, Morah Perel came back. Our Shabbos Abba was Benny and Shabbos Imma was Esti.
Now on to this week!!
On Monday, we went to gym.
We have started learning about our community. We have began with grocery store. We discussed the manners we need to use in a grocery store. We dont touch things we aren’t buying. We hold the rope (or a parent’s hand). We say please and thank you and excuse me. We also discussed what we can find in a grocery store. We then went to the store and looked around at all the things the grocery store sells. We bought some foods that were orange and we all helped out with paying for the foods.
Today, our gym class was canceled so we were able to start learning Orange. We started by doing our own orange arts ’n’ çrafts with stickers. Then by playtime we made a class orange collage. We looked around to see who is wearing orange today.
