Matzah Bakery
Wow! What a fun and exciting day we had! We went to the nearby "Matzah Bakery" to learn about how Matzah is made. We saw how wheat becomes flour and how its mixed with water to form the dough for matzah. We made our own Matzah. Then we got to watch and participate in an interactive show on story of Pesach.
